About My Museum
A collection is a way of seeing.
We all collect things.
Things we love.
Things we remember.
Things we find beautiful, strange, funny, or important.
Things we simply cannot throw away.
My Museum begins with the idea that a collection can tell us something about the person who created it.
Each exhibition fills this space with one person's collection, arranged and shared as they want us to experience it.
The objects may change completely from one My Museum to the next.
The museum stays the same:
A place to see what someone has chosen to keep —
and, through those things, perhaps see the world as they do.
And because a museum should be open to everyone,
this one comes to you.
